Clear Span Roof Systems
Aluminum’s lightweight characteristics allow for larger clear-span capability than structures utilizing steel, concrete and other materials. Creative design and lightweight components provide for installation in 1/3 of the time it takes to install other cover systems. Less time, labor and equipment requirements combine for a low total cost of installation.
Aluminum’s excellent strength-to-weight ratios and creative component design yield covers and structures that cannot be achieved with other materials. Clear Span Roof Systems are used for curved roofs and can be custom designed to develop a broad range of shapes and sizes. The single layer aluminum framework is offered as either an integral glazing system or integral roof and insulation system. Typical building footprint applications include ellipsoidal, oval, rectangular and circular.
